The next six months are the most difficult time - President Ranil

President Ranil Wickramasinghe delivered the guest speech at the launch of research reports on Sri Lanka's economic reforms and the scholarly talk held yesterday (05th) at Bandaranaike International Conference Hall, Colombo. The President made many comments during the 'Lets Reform Sri Lanka' session organized by ADVOCATA Sri Lanka.

President Ranil Wickramasinghe said that whether the proposal about the International Monetary Fund is good or bad, regardless of who likes it or not, it should be implemented to rise again from the economic crisis the country is facing.

President Ranil Wickremesinghe, who stated that there is no other way but to go to a staff level agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), said yesterday that the entire Parliament must agree to deal with the International Monetary Fund otherwise the House will have to face dire consequences.
